The Job — Customer Service Representative/Travel Agent for World Travel Holdings

Location —  Work at home, opportunity available in most states.

Job Responsibilities 

Will create positive and long lasting impression with each customer by provided tailored cruise travel adviceEarth planet with earphones and microphone

Will generally spend time in a consultative manner with potential customers, 1-2 phone calls per hour.

Accurately book and confirm cruise ship reservations.

Participate in team meetings and training when necessary (from home).

Complete necessary travel certifications and continue learning the cruise business.

Requirements/Qualifications 

Sales experience preferred, be willing to overcome objections and guide the customer through the booking process.

Strong phone presence and communication skillset

Tech savvy, able to troubleshoot basic problems.  Internet search and navigation, MS Office, and typing skills necessary.

Willing to learn and participate in six week training program.

Able to work full time, 35-45 hours per week.

Willing to invest in company computer and phone, cost of $500 will be taken via payroll deduction over first five pay periods.  Also need quiet work at home environment.

Schedule —  Full time, will be scheduled somewhere from 1PM to 3AM EST initially after training.  Schedules are assigned every 12 weeks and employee must be flexible and willing to take any shift assigned.  Shift differentials are paid for some hours.
