The Job — Technical Support Agent for Teleperformance USA

Location — Work at home – Based in Shreveport, Louisiana market

Job Responsibilities 

Solve customer issues by demonstrating advanced knowledge of products and services.

Strive for one call resolution in all situations

Manage trouble tickets in company database – qualify tickets into voice, video, data or customer issue.concept of help desk service

Greet and treat customers in professional and courteous manner at all times.

Address technical problems in a timely manner and update customers on estimated time of restoral.

Follow company policy at all times under management’s direction.

Requirements/Qualifications 

Strong understanding of technical products including PC hardware/operating systems, communication services including voice, video and data.

One year technical support experience strongly preferred.

Must pass federal background check and drug screening test.

18 years or older with minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.

Knowledge of MS office products including Word, Excel, and Access.

Work at home requirements include quiet office space, high speed internet with minimum 3 Mbps, 17 inch monitor, and basic land line phone service with no calling features.
