Geographic Research, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide customer service, technical support, and training webinars. This is a diverse and exciting position that requires excellent customer service & communication skills, excellent computer skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
-Technical Support (email, live chat, and phone)
-Conduct training webinars
-Create training materials, FAQs, and tutorial videos
-Monitor customer support help desk and answer questions
-2+ years of technical support experience
-At least 1 year of webinar experience
-Excellent communication and writing skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new software programs
-Must be well organized
-Strong ability to multitask
-Must work well independently and take initiative
-High level of attention to detail – extremely important!
Schedule — Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7pm Eastern time.
