-Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
-Keen sense of attention to detail
-Taking the initiative.
-Able to pass Background Check & Drug test
-Possess a high level of Professionalism
-Must have understanding of Communication (Video, Data and Voice) networking components, PC Hardware/Software and Operating Systems.
-One year of Technical Support & Network service experience in a related field preferred.
-Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products
-Experience in overcoming difficulties
-Logical problem solving skills.
-Understand and empathize with customer’s
-Previous technical computer experience
-Must have knowledge of basic computer OS
-Able to pass background check & drug screen
