The Job — Customer Service Representative for Staples

Location —  Rochester, New York – Potential telecommute after six months.

Job Responsibilities —

Receive and reply to inbound phone calls regarding Staples products.

Reply to customer e-mail requests and inquiries

Determine product availability in local stores for office supplies, furniture, and tech products (laptops, printers, etc)

Track and locate missing orders for Staples customers

Access several databases using systems to place and modify orders."Hired"


High school diploma or GED with stable work history

Ability to work anytime from 8AM to 8PM at onsite location in Rochester, NY initially

Written and verbal communication skills

Pass criminal background check and reference check

Professional attitude and dress.

Solid PC skills including windows, search engine inquiry, and keyboarding.

Schedule — Initial five week training class starting December 2, 2013.   Eight hour shifts between hours of 8AM to 8PM thereafter.  Employees will have telecommuting option available after six months onsite if requirements are met.
