The Job — Roadside Assist Service Representative for AAA Club Partners
Location — Virtual at home position, must live in Delaware or Maryland
Deliver extraordinary service to AAA card members at all times
Answer incoming calls for roadside assistance in a professional manner.
Make appropriate decisions, prioritizing roadside assistance based on member need.
Respond to all other customer inquiries regarding AAA services, policies, pricing and benefits.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years customer service experience
Ability to handle customers involved in stressful situations.
Quiet workspace free from outside noise and distraction
Ability to work additional hours based on weather conditions
Proficient with computers including web navigation, keyboarding skills, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Technical requirements include high speed internet connection, land line telephone service, anti-virus software, 40GB hard drive space, Windows XP or newer.
Schedule — Employees will work 16 to 24 hours a week based on needs of the business. Will require 2-3 onside meetings per year at Delaware office.
