Job Responsibilities —  From the company job posting:

  • Sales Performance: Take advantage of each call by seeking the opportunity to make a reservation for our clients utilizing NAVIS Best Practices and fully embracing Sales Coaching Opportunities
    -Success Factor: Maintain a minimum conversion rate of 15%
  • Call Efficiencies: Effectively drives each call to maximize the number of calls per day
    -Success Factor 1: Maintain Average Handle Time (Talk Time + Wrap Time) based on overall Team average
    -Success Factor 2: Maintain Hold Time based on overall Team average
  • Call Quality: Consistently meet client expectations on every call
    -Success Factor 1: Maintain a monthly score of 80% or above on call scoring models
    -Success Factor 2: Consistently maintain NAVIS customer service expectations and client expectations by delivering an engaging interaction and friendly tone on each call
    -Success Factor 3: A maximum 6 errors per 12 month rolling period by referencing ‘Terms’ on every call
  • Off-Line Activity: Consistently maintaining productivity between calls
    -Success Factor 1: Increase client product knowledge (area, specials, activities, terms, websites etc.) through self-education
    -Success Factor 2: Maintain and stay current with client workshops and certifications
  • Team Performance: Build strong internal relationships by treating each team member with the same respect, courtesy and professionalism you would an external customer; all by meeting company objectives
    -Success Factor 1: Effective and positive communication with team members
    -Success Factor 2: Shift Punctuality and Attendance; willingness to assist as needed based on business needs (see NAVIS Employee Handbook)
    -Success Factor 3: Maintain positive attitude and willingness to proactively assist in any project. Regular team participation is expected
  •  Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of sales and customer service experience
  • You should have a positive attitude, be confident in your abilities, and be an enthusiastic person!
  • Hospitality experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required
  • Ability to read and comprehend employee manuals, various procedure documentation, and learning modules
  • Ability to effectively articulate and present detailed information and respond to questions from prospective guests, peers, and management
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems / websites and quickly locate information on the internet
  • Ability to accurately report data and enter data into computer-based systems
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to effectively LISTEN to prospective guests so you can gain all the information necessary to assist them in scheduling their vacations

Schedule —  5.5 hour shifts between the hours of 2pm and 2:30am EST.   One weekend shift required.

Compensation — $10.25 base plus incentives.
