The Job — Online Store Customer Service Rep for Kelly Services
Job Responsibilities — From the Careerbuilder job posting:
-Assist customers with placing orders over the phone
-Utilize multiple resources, to stay current on product features, technology changes, and updates
-Set expectations for next steps
-Be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment where calls are monitored, recorded, and assessed
-Have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends since we are a 24×7 operation.
-Customer-focused with the ability to provide a memorable, customized and relevant customer experience
-Has the ability to build rapport and actively engage the customers
-Creative problem solver
-Demonstrates high degree of drive and determination
-Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies and processes
-Open and receptive to coaching and feedback

-1-2 years proven experience in a customer service environment
-Contact center, consumer retail, or Hospitality experience a plus
