Kelly Services is currently seeking a qualified individual to work as an Online Content Customer Service Representative with handling customer’s questions and concerns for a Globally Known Online Parenting and Pregnancy Resource company.

• Supports the Customer Service Manager in handling customer questions and concerns for the website.

• Helping members with newsletter subscriptions, website usage, app usage, account changes and other account concerns.

• It also includes responding to feedback about their site, and coordinating with other departments to assist customers.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience with an online content provider

Experience helping customers via email

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong familiarity with a variety of web platforms (browsers, IOS and android, apps etc.)

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to work constructively on a team

Careful attention to detail

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Schedule —  Full time, flexible hours.

Employee or Contract — Temporary/contract.  Up to two years.

Compensation — $12.50 per hour.
