Job Responsibilities — From the Kelly job board:
Supports the Customer Service Manager in handling customer questions and concerns for the website. (Globally Known Online Parenting and Pregnancy Resource company)
Helping members with newsletter subscriptions, website usage, app usage, account changes and other account concerns.
It also includes responding to feedback about our site, and coordinating with other departments to assist customers.
-Online content provider experience helping customers via email
-Experience supporting customers who need help using a variety of web platforms, different browsers, IOS and android, apps etc.
-Excellent written communication skills
-Education: Associates Degree
Schedule — Full time, flexible scheduling.
Employee or Contract — Contract, telecommute position. Expected length of contract is up to 2 years.
