The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge with Annuities and Life Insurance Products.
-Develop profitable sales growth throughout all regions.
-Recruit new IMOs, MGAs, GAs and PPGAs to sell and market the company’s product portfolio.
-Provide input on new product design and implementation strategies to help GAs and MGAs recruit, train, motivate, sell, service, incentivize, and retain producers within their agencies and hierarchies.
-Maintain and improve production goals by product line.
-Provide field product and suitability training and other service and support.
-Assist with the development of sales & marketing strategies.
-Implement cross-selling strategies when appropriate.
-Continue with self-development.
-Must have Bachelors’ Degree
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical and decision-making skills
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Must be able to work independently and as a team member
-PC literate-experience with e-mail package, Microsoft Office (Word – Excel)
