The Job — Bilingual Game Advisor – Italian and English
Location — Work at Home – Based in Austin, TX area
Job Responsibilities —
Provide great customer service via telephone to gamers.
Help customer resolve issue on first call.
Build positive relationships with both customer and co-workers in a virtual environment.
Be willing to take responsibility for the customer’s issue in all situations.
Passionate about the customer service experience.
Minimum of two years customer service experience, preferably via telephone.
Able to remained disciplined in a work from home environment, meeting all scheduling requirements.
Understanding of social networking platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Handle work as assigned, including offline tasks and project assignments
Work at home requirements include the following:
Analog phone line (no cell phones)
Must own Playstation 3 or Xbox
Private workspace free from outside noise and distractions
Desk and ergonomic chair that can accommodate company provided equipment.
High speed internet service with 2Mbps download speed or better.
Schedule — Not listed, expect nights and weekends in this kind of position. One to three weeks of paid online training before taking live calls

Compensation — $10 to $12 an hour being offered.
