Job Responsibilities — From the Monster.com job posting:

  • Focus on providing technical phone support to our North American and Mexico customer base
  • Answering incoming problem calls
  • Collecting and tracking information and details of the problem
  • Attempt to resolve the issues and escalating the calls to advanced personnel if necessary


  • Background in HVAC/R systems
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Spanish
  • Ability to read and error proof electrical and mechanical diagrams
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Organized and self-managing skills
  • Ability to work from home
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter: ability to research problems and present best solutions
  • Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
  • Valid passport
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Windows OS
  • The ability to guide individuals verbally over a phone to resolve issues
