The Job — Work at home Reservation Sales Specialists
Location — Ft Hood area, targeted to spouses of Military personnel only
Use company provided database to book rooms, quote prices, and offer alternative option when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service while meeting company benchmarks.
Introduce customers to products and services offered by Hilton partners when appropriate.
High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
Minimum six month experience in a metrics-driven environment.
Minimum of one year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Computer proficiency, ability to navigate and toggle through multiple windows/database applications. Able to interact with customers while accessing information at the same time, and ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
Schedule — Full time, able to work at least 40 hours per week, mostly day hours including weekends. Must be available for five week onsite training program starting December 9th, 2013. Training will run from 7:45 am to 4:15 PM, Monday – Friday.
Training will be held on Ft. Hood and government issued vehicle decals providing open access to the base required.

Compensation — Hourly rate is $9.00 an hour. Incentives can earn employees an extra $2.00 to $5.00 an hour.
