The Job — Reservation Sales Specialist for Hilton
Location — Work from Home, must live within 50 miles of office location in Carrollton, TX
Field inbound calls for Hilton and related properties from home.
Introduce customers to various products and services available through Hilton partners.
Meet and exceed all performance indicators as set by management.
Bring energy to each customer
High school diploma or equivalent. Prefer college graduates.
One year or more customer service and/or sales experience. Prefer candidates with prior hospitality experience.
Excellent communication and active listening skills, must be able to read and write in English
Computer proficiency, ability to navigate through multiple computer screens, input data, and talk to customer at the same time.
Technical requirements: Live within 50 miles of main office, must have landline local to the 972 calling area (no cell phones or VOIP accpted). Wired high speed internet line (no Wi Fi), and computer meeting company requirements.
Schedule — Variety of options available, next classes starting January 2014. Will have seven weeks of mandatory training on site before starting at home shifts.

Compensation — Reservation Sales Specialists for Hilton can make between $11 and $14 an hour based on base plus incentive pay.
