The Job — Seasonal Customer Care Agent for Higher One
Location — Work from home, appears to be available in all parts of the United States
Handle incoming calls from Higher One card holders.
Customer service functions similar to those performed in a banking environment.
Work a variety of shifts from Monday through Friday, no weekend hours required.
Call center experience, preferably in a work from home/telecommuting environment preferred.
Banking experience preferred.
Ability to handle multiple situations, sometimes in stressful situations.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to commit to a seasonal schedule, from December 2013 through March 2014.
Able to pass both a criminal background check and credit check.
Work at home requirements include having a quiet dedicated home office space, Windows Vista, 7 or 8, hard wired phone line (no VOIP), hard line high speed internet service and a telephone headset.
Schedule — Variable shifts Monday through Friday, 20 to 30 hours per week. No weekends required!

Compensation — Not advertised. Glassdoor reviews indicate pay around $12-13 an hour.
