The Job — Seasonal Internet Retail Associate

Location — Work at home, must be a Nebraska resident

Job Responsibilities 

Enter customer information from e-mail and telephone orders

Handle customer inquiries in an enthusiastic and friendly manner

Attend training when required, keep up to date on latest product and promotional offers.

Meet and exceed stated productivity benchmarks.

Close sales and provide sales support

Build confidence on each and every call with the goal of creating life long customers.Telephone


Ability to multi task, talk on phone while accessing systems and entering data

Retain and build product knowledge daily

High school diploma required, college applicants preferred

Energetic, positive, and happy to serve people

PC literate – web, e-mail, MS Office and Excel

One year customer service experience, preferably with an online retailer.

Schedule — Full time, hours not specified but expect to work nights and weekends leading up to Christmas.  Two weeks onsite training required at Omaha, Nebraska center.  Positions are seasonal but do have the potential to convert to regular employee status

Employee or Contract — Employee – temporary

Compensation — Not advertised.  Glassdoor reports $10 an hour.
