The Job —  Customer Service Representative for GE Finance

Location — Work at home, live in Phoenix, Arizona region.

Job Responsibilities 

Handle inbound calls from stores and customers regarding credit card accounts.

Resolve credit inquiries on existing accounts.

Authorize and approve sales on existing lines of credit

Demonstrate knowledge of credit card procedures including collections, risk authorization, and payment processing locations.

Maintain and update customer profiles by entering/updating information in database based on verbal and written requests.

Requirements/Qualifications —

Six months prior experience in customer service, or equivalent military experience.

Must live within 65 miles of GE Finance facility in Phoenix, AZ.

Pass online questionnaire and initial test assessment lasting approximately 60 minutes.

Work at home office requirements not listed but generally include meeting computer system requirements, high speed internet service, and quiet home office space.
