The Job — Reservation Sales for Omni Hotels
Location — Telecommute, offered in Omaha Nebraska area
Job Responsibilities — From the company job posting:
- Take calls to assist guest needs with reservations including modifications and cancellations
- Offering recommendations which will maximize revenue and guest stay satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when speaking with customers
- Requires the ability to work in a high call-volume environment
- Must be located in the greater Omaha area
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently to resolve customer inquiries or problems
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Intermediate experience working with basic computer programs (MS Office, Outlook, etc)
- Must be able to become proficient on Omni Hotels’ reservation system
- Must be able to attend 5 week onsite day training starting February27, 2017
- Prior call center experience a plus
Schedule — Shifts up to 9pm, weekends also required. Full time.
Employee or Contract — Employee
Compensation — $10.50 per hour plus up to $2 hour shift differential. Bonuses also available.
