This position requires fact checking long- and short-form articles for Feast’s monthly print edition and short-form feature stories for Ladue News, which publishes weekly.

The fact checker works remotely with the senior editor to ensure that all copy is clean and accurate.

Requirements/Qualifications

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses a passion for aggressive and thorough fact checking.

A command of editorial best practices and AP Style and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects is required.

A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English or related field and experience with fact checking and magazine editing is also required. A familiarity with Feast Magazine and Ladue News is strongly preferred
