The Job —  Customer Service Representative for Spark NetworkCall Center

Location —  Work from home, must attend onsite training in Lehi, UT for approximately three months.

-Handling incoming calls with a friendly and professional tone

-Previous experience in providing excellent customer service
-Inbound/Outbound sales experience a plus
-Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to analyze and resolve a wide variety of technical, billing, and navigational issues.
-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
-A high sense of urgency and multi-tasking skills.
-Organizational and time management skills.
-Proficient at e-commerce and navigating the internet.
-A passion to learn and develop continually.
-Type at least 30 WPM
-A cheerful and enthusiastic attitude
