The Job —  Customer Service Representative for Manpower Call Center

Location —  Work from home available after initial training period (6-12 months, Scranton PA)

This position requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. Will be taking inbound calls from healthcare insurance subscribers.

With the information gained in training, you will help them to make plan choices or to answer other questions that they may have regarding their plans.

During peak season there will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work.

Requirements/Qualifications

To be considered, you must have had at least 2 year of recent experience performing customer service by phone or in person. A healthcare background and/ or experience in healthcare insurance is a big plus but not required,

Background check, drug screen, reference checks and educational verification required.

Schedule —  Full time, weekdays.  Shifts will start between 9am and 2pm after training.

Employee or Contract — Employee

Compensation — $12 per hour to start.
