We are seeking motivated people who want the flexibility and privilege of working from home taking in-bound calls to obtain auto insurance quotes and providing customer service to existing policyholders.
This is a high volume customer relations center environment.
• To succeed in this position, you must be able to work independently, multi-task, and be detail-oriented.• Bilingual a plus.• Prior experience in Customer Service and/or in a Call Center a plus, but not required.• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills are required.• Must be customer focused and display a professional phone manner.• Bachelors Degree a plus.• Must have strong computer proficiency.
Schedule — Part time 20-29 hour and full time positions available. Evenings and Saturdays required.
