The Job —  Customer Service Representative for Cure Auto Insurance

Location — Work from home, onsite training in Princeton, NJ.

We are seeking motivated people who want the flexibility and privilege of working from home taking in-bound calls to obtain auto insurance quotes and providing customer service to existing policyholders.

This is a high volume customer relations center environment.

Requirements/Qualifications

• To succeed in this position, you must be able to work independently, multi-task, and be detail-oriented.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Prior experience in Customer Service and/or in a Call Center a plus, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills are required.
• Must be customer focused and display a professional phone manner.
• Bachelors Degree a plus.
• Must have strong computer proficiency.

Schedule —  Part time 20-29 hour and full time positions available.  Evenings and Saturdays required.

Employee or Contract — Employee

Compensation — $12 an hour to start.
