Location —  Work from home, must live in close proximity to AA airport location.

  • Must be flexible to work outside of normal business hours, including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Position(s) are home-based only and employee is responsible for providing high speed internet services which must meet minimum required 3 MBPS upload and 3 MBPS download speeds
  • Home-Base location must be within close proximity to an American Airlines or American Eagle airport location and within the U.S. Domestic 48
  • Must be able to attend 4-6 week (M-F) training course at HDQ.
  • Previous Sales Support, Global Sales, Airport or Reservations experience required
  • Reservations Group and Meeting Travel and/or Entertainment Desk desired
  • Native Sabre skills including booking, pricing and ticketing highly desirable
  • Must be able to perform duties while sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be self-managed and meet company attendance expectations
  • Bilingual skills desired; Spanish, Japanese, or Chinese
