-Resolves questions regarding accounts.

Requirements/Qualifications

-Ability to type at least 25 WPM with 0 errors
-Ability to work independently researching information via the software provided.
-Customer Service a plus!
-Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a MUST!
-Bilingual English/Spanish
-High school diploma from an accredited institution or General Education Degree
