The Job —  Bilingual Customer Service Rep for Talk2Chat (English/Spanish)

-Assist inbound callers for a utility provider with various customer services including, but not limited to, payment processing, order taking, and answering Frequently Asked Questions.
-Resolves questions regarding accounts.
-Payment processing, order taking.


-Ability to type at least 25 WPM with 0 errors
-Ability to work independently researching information via the software provided.
-Customer Service a plus!
-Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a MUST!
-Bilingual English/Spanish
-High school diploma from an accredited institution or General Education Degree
