  • Keeping a positive and enthusiastic personality while answering incoming calls and assisting customers with booking hotel rooms across the United States
  • Assisting guest callers with their request(s) as well as making recommendations and offering additional amenities on each call
  • Creating a top-notch customer experience on every call
  • Connecting with guest callers by building rapport and using effective listening skills
  • Creating positivity that builds excitement around their upcoming stay

 

Requirements/Qualifications

 

Previous experience working in a work-from-home call center environment, required

Previous hospitality experience or schooling preferred

Provide high speed internet access in your home

Must be at least 3MB upload/10MB download speed, cannot be satellite ISP

Must provide proof of internet connection and speed to be considered

Provide a USB headset (model must not be wireless)

Be proficient in computer operation and website navigation

Must be able to multi-task between multiple computer programs and websites

Able to work independently

Have excellent customer communications skills, both oral and written

Knowledge of general office PC-based programs, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to work in an constantly changing and fast paced environment

Strong judgment and decision-making skills

Superior negotiating skills

Schedule — Between 5pm and 1:30am, Eastern time

Employee or Contract — Employee

Compensation — $9.25 per hour plus incentives, up to $15 per hour advertised.

Benefits — Medical, dental and other benefits after 60 days.
