Job Responsibilities — From the company job posting:
As a Company Research Administrator, your ultimate goal will be to research different companies and collect information from those companies’ websites and online documents across specific categories, for example the names and backgrounds of Company Officers and Directors.
We are looking for creative thinkers who enjoy online research, finding and compiling data and have very good attention to detail,you must be able to follow online instructions and be self-motivated. You will be provided with guidelines and supporting information to assist you to complete the tasks.
-Fluency in written and verbal English as well as fluency in Japanese
-Preferred level of education/certification-Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
-Access to and use of a broadband internet connection and associated computer and software to perform the work, all provided at your own expense
-Experience in use of web search engines to navigate and interact with a variety of content
-Experience in research, within documents, Word, PDF, a background in administration, data research, computer filing, document retrieval or classification would be preferable
-Time management skills
-Proficiency with Word and PDF document application
-For cultural and historical awareness purposes, you must be resident of the USA for the past 3 consecutive years
Schedule — Flexible hours, may work from 10-20 per week.
