As a community moderator, you will work directly with customers via our online forums, answering questions, providing examples and generally helping each and every customer to be as successful as possible with our software.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with customers to solve problems
  • Experience supporting desktop software
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Flash, Windows and Mac
  • Boundless curiosity about technology and solving problems
  • Be a U.S. resident
