Our careers for CloudSource Consultants range from Customer Care to Technical Support to Sales.

Our Work at Home Customer Care and Technical Support Consultants answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer support and/or outstanding technical support to consumers.  Our Work at Home Sales Consultants will be answering inbound calls to upsell new and existing products to our clients’ customer base.

-High School diploma or GED
-Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level
-Excellent communication skills
-Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
-Windows XP or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Minimum of 1.99 GB RAM
-Minimum Internet Download Speed of 2000 kbps and 384 kbps Upload

Schedule — Flexible full and part time schedules, most will include nights and weekends.
