Call Center Representative desired to support our family of premium pet products and services. The primary purpose of this role is to provide immediate service to our members requiring support with their missing or found pets. We offer 24/7 Live Support to ensure pets are reunited with their families as quickly as possible. This position is geared towards any person who is good at customer service and has a desire to work from home.

  • Assist Members in reporting lost and or found pets.
  • Creating positive contact with our clients to provide advice and support
  • Maintaining accurate activity records within our CRM system
  • Utilize our customized technology to help alert the pet community of missing and found pets.
  • Contact Pet Owners with Found Pet Sightings
  • Proactive sales of memberships for our premium products and services


  • A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to Work From Home
  • Home office that meets minimum qualifications (specific computer requirements, phone and internet) More details will be provided as you go through our application process
