Our Work at Home Customer Care and Technical Support Consultants answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer support and/or outstanding technical support to consumers. Our Work at Home Sales Consultants answer inbound calls offering new and existing products to our client’s customer base.
-High School diploma or GED
-Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level
-Excellent communication skills
-Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
-Windows Vista or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher, Minimum of 1.99 GB RAM required
-Minimum Internet Download Speed of 2000 kbps and 384 kbps Upload required
-USB Noise cancelling headset
