The Job — At Home Advisor for Apple
Location — Work from Home, position location is Salt Lake City, UT region.
Job Responsibilities —
Provide support for Apple products including iPads, MacBooks, iPhones and desktop Macs.
Provide customer support in both English and Spanish.
May use chat, e-mail, and/or telephone to help Apple customers.
Ability to multi-task across multiple computer systems and databases.
Fix technical issues while at the same time providing an excellent customer service experience.
Past technical support experience, or proven technical ability
Disciplined to work from home, with the ability to interact with coworkers and management in a virtual environment
Pre-employment screening test and criminal background check.
Typing speed 35 words per minute.
Schedule — Flexible to work any shift between 5AM to 11:30 PM Central time, with weekend shifts included. Initial training will be five to six weeks and may include weekend shifts as well. Full time 40 hours per week.
