Work will primarily be in the evenings, as that is when most people are watching HSN and ordering products. Pay starts at $11.15 an hour, and shift differentials and incentives are also available. Work at home employees for HSN will be responsible for sales and customer service, including upselling related products. Overcoming objections and being a soft sales pro will be part of the job. Employees will also be responsible for meeting all objectives including call handling times.
Full training is included, as is medical insurance and other benefits staring the first of the month following your hire date.
Requirements include living in the state of Tennessee with a landline in either the 615 or 931 area codes. A telephone headset, compliant computer system, and high speed internet service is necessary as well.
